Cancellation Policy

General Cancellation Policy Cancellation Notice: All cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled tutoring session to avoid a full session fee. Rescheduling: If a cancellation is received within the required notice period, the session may be rescheduled subject to tutor availability. Late Cancellations: Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be charged the full session fee. No-Shows: If a student fails to attend a scheduled session without providing prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of either party (e.g., natural disasters, illness), the session may be rescheduled or cancelled without penalty. Booking Policies Booking Confirmation: All bookings will be confirmed via email and/or sms. Payment: Payment for tutoring sessions is due at the time of the booking. Session Duration: Tutoring sessions are typically 55 minutes long. Additional Considerations Holiday Cancellations: If a tutoring session falls on a holiday, the session may be rescheduled or cancelled without penalty. Tutor Illness: If a tutor becomes ill, the session will be rescheduled or cancelled, and the student will not be charged. Student Illness: If a student becomes ill, the session may be rescheduled or cancelled subject to tutor availability. Emergency Cancellations: In the event of an emergency, the session may be rescheduled or cancelled without penalty.
